Midwifery Care

We specialize in providing primary midwifery care for your pregnancy journey and whole family wellness. Our holistic therapies include functional labs, homeopathy, and Bach Floral Essences. We are here to support you every step of the way. We believe in empowering women and families to make evidence-informed decisions about their own healthcare by offering education throughout your childbearing season.

So what does midwifery-supported care look like?  We function fairly similarly to your OB but with one major difference...YOU are an active participant of your care plan. We want to offer you the education, research, and experience to help guide you into taking charge of your care journey and making the best decisions you can for you and your baby.

Global Midwifery Cost, $4800/ $600 deposit​

• $400 discount when full balance paid by 28 weeks

• $200 discount if full balance is not paid until 36 weeks

• Payment plans will be discussed and written into contract

• Barter options are available

• Discounts are void when payment arrangements are not met and will be added back to the Global fee

• Additional discount potential:
  • OB visits this pregnancy (up to 5 visits, $100/each full visit, full documentation)
  • Previous home birth experience, without transfer, $100
  • Previous home birth with Hands and Hearts Birth, $300

• Limited Sliding Scale Discounts per year; all requests for this consideration must be submitted in writing with financial documentation before signing contract

Midwifery & Home Birth Care

• Initial Visit & Labs between 9-12 weeks

• 12-28 weeks, visits every 4 weeks

• 28-36 weeks, visits every 2 weeks

• 36-42 weeks, visits weekly or as needed

• 41-42 weeks will require a BPP every 3 days to ensure baby is still able to tolerate their environment moving forward

Labs & Ultrasounds

• 18-20 week Anatomy Scan, pricing varies 

• 3D & 4D Boutique Ultrasounds available

• Prenatal Panel, Blood Type and RH , Glucose, Group B Strep, and other tests as dictated by your pregnancy signs and symptoms, fees will vary

Home birth & Postpartum

• Birth Pool rental and supplies, $100

• In-Home visits day 3-5-7, may vary based on need and scheduling

• 2 weeks Office visits 4-6-8 weeks

• Birth certificate and Social Security card filing

• Lactation Assistance

Prenatal-Only Care, $2200/$800 deposit​

• MUST have proof of ongoing care with OB Provider; 

• DOES NOT include birth support, birth at home, or postpartum care

 

Postpartum-Only Care, $1000/6; $200 per visit if booked individually

• Visits are approximately 2 hours and include maternal and newborn follow-up care for up to 6 weeks ​
